Verbally told me on phone that he would be able to match or better the quotes I already had, when I provided details of size materials etc. Also stated he could offer invisible hinges and better finishings. All of this was honoured in written quote at visit. Item ordered and subsequently fitted to perfection. Smaller screw holes than on other shutters, no plastic screw heads but a far neater cleaner more invisible process used. Invisible hinges. Perfect white. . Look fantastic.
